In order to streamline support requests, we are introducing a simplified ticketing system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
A valid (registered) email address is required to submit a ticket. Customers with an active subscription to the MaestroExperts Knowledgebase receive priority service. For all others, responses may take up to 2 business days.
